While I like GraphQL, Contentful was an unnecessary step in my workflow. I moved the content next to the code, with Keystatic as a simple local editor that would be easy to replace.
I benchmarked five local models on an M2 Pro laptop, up to 128k tokens deep into a session. The empty-context rankings didn't survive, and the usual speed tricks made things slower.
